We are hiring #FieldSalesExecutives & #TeleCallers for a Real Estate Firm.
Job Location: Victoria Layout, Central Bangalore
Salary: 3-5 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Postgraduate from any discipline

Field Sales Executive: Candidates with 1 – 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/ Banking Insurance Sales/ Travel & Hotel Sales/ Any Tele-Callers Interested To Get Into Field Sales/ Any B2B Or B2C Sales who are interested to get into Real Estate Sales can will be ideal.

Note: EXCELLENT TRAINING will be provided, before going live by the EXPERT & CHAMPIONS OF REAL ESTATE MARKET.

Field Sales Executive Roles and Responsibilities

• Convincing customers by providing required information.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation for Relationship Manager – Sales.
• Scheduling and conducting property site visit
• Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing
• Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
• Shall Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
• Goal is to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
• Would be responsible to source customers for Business directly or through business partners (Direct Sales Agents)
• Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing
• Having a Bike is Mandatory

Tele Sales Prefered Skills:

• Good Communication Skills: English & Hindi/ Kannada
• Potential of making 100 connected calls in a Day.
• Site Visit Targets.
